As you may not be aware the law changed last year with the introduction of the Control of Asbestos at work Act 2002. The new regulations require that all commercial properties is to have its Asbestos located and assessed to allow an appropriate plan to be formulated, prior to May 2004.
All our Surveyors have either Certificates of competence or P402 Surveying for Asbestos Qualifications from the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS), and have experience in Commercial, domestic and industrial sites.
We have experience of preparing management plans, carrying out regular re inspections of installation to asses degradation. Preparing specifications for removal projects and managing removal projects.
We will provide survey reports to suit your individual needs, provide custom computer based database compliant with any property management software you may be using.
All our reports are MDHS 100 complaint.
